Where is my data stored?
Exclusively in the EU (Supabase/Frankfurt, hosting on Netlify EU). AI processing via Anthropic with DPA and zero retention, or an EU model per tenant.
What does Vendorz cost?
€15 platform base per month, plus €0.10 per supplier per month for each module you use, and usage-based AI extraction. Users – internal and suppliers – are always unlimited.
Is the AI extraction reliable?
Every field comes with a confidence score and is never auto-committed – there is always a mandatory review. The PDF is read locally in the browser; only the text goes to the AI.
Can I switch providers later?
Yes. Vendorz runs on standard Postgres and an S3-compatible storage abstraction. Portability is a design goal – no lock-in.
